Luxe Lashes does not provide refunds off of any service. However, we do offer a 4 day warranty to cover any problems that may have occurred such as allergic reactions or excessive shedding.

Please be mindful of your appointment time as artists work off of a strict schedule. If you are late to an appointment, this will affect your allotted appointment time and will not be covered by the 4 day warranty.

Fills done off of full sets from other salons will not be covered by the 4 day warranty.

Deposits are required (unless a card is on file) in order to book an appointment which will be deducted from service price upon checkout.

Cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the deposit fee. No shows will be charged 50% of booked service.
